Good Morning everyone hoping your day thus far is absolutely Great!! Here are the ideas for self-kindness today: Take some time sitting still with yourself, then make a list of all the things you like about yourself. Often times it seems as if I have been constantly working on what needs to be released, adjusted, transformed, healed, etc. However today I know there is quite a bit about me I like. Take a moment to acknowledge all the positive things about you today and love on yourself !!! Kindness is contagious!!! :-)

Imagine the ripple effect of 10,000 people consciously committed to love, peace, kindness and compassion in the world, each doing their part to manifest that vision.
